They did let a n people on stage in 
ISOC Inet'98 in Geneva this summer. 
This is where we got prepared and where
some proceedings are taking place.

We are young, they missed us (like we them) 
so it was wonderful that it happened. Thank you.

The hasty abstract was written in 
October 1997in quite a hurry and the 
has been evolving since. 

First solid conclusion was pulled together 
on Friday 13th, February 1998 to meet a 
deadline. It is published here now as 
friday13.html - the original material is at

monday23.html which has grown to be about 
40 pages in print but there was also room for
